Ingredients:
6 oz Italian Passata (sugar-free)
1/2 cup Water
1/5 cup Erythritol
3 tbsp White vinegar
Spices to taste (Sea salt, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Paprika, Ground cloves, Mustard powder)
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Needed:
Instructions
Whisk together ingredients in a small saucepan (except for xanthan gum)
Simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat, until sauce reduces to your desired thickness. Stir occasionally.
Puree the ketchup in a high-power blender for at least 30 seconds, add xanthan gum, puree for another 20 sec, until smooth.
