Take the almond flour, cream cheese, and lemon zest in one bowl and crack eggs into the mixture. Continue to whisk the batter until smooth.
Melt 1 tbsp. of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat to fry the pancakes. After pouring in 3 tbsp. of batter in the skillet give a 4 minute of total cook time with 2 minutes on each side. Wait until the pancakes are golden.
With a dollop of butter, the pancakes are ready to serve.
