KETO SALMON SALAD
1 medium and chopped head lettuce
1 medium and chopped red pepper
1 medium and chopped yellow pepper
2 large 12 oz each Salmon filets
4 Tbsp of Olive oil
1 tsp of Sesame oil
2 Tbsp of Coconut aminos
1/4 Cup of chopped Green onions
4 Tbsp of Olive oil (dressing)
1 tsp of Sesame oil (dressing)
5 Tbsp of Coconut aminos (dressing)
Place a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat then add in a 3/4 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add in the sesame oil, coconut oil, and liquid aminos and cook for a few minutes.
Cut the salmon into smaller pieces with a knife, add into the skillet and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes.
Flip the salmon over and cook for another 5 minutes until they become light pink to white color.
In the meantime, using a small bowl, add the lettuce and peppers while in another small mixing bowl, add in all the ingredient for the dressing and mix properly to combine.
Serve the cooked salmon with the salad alongside with the dressing.
