Instructions

  • Place a medium saucepan over medium heat, add in the ground beef and cook until it becomes browned all through.
  • Once cooked, drain the grease and add in the seasonings alongside the tomato sauce. Stir properly to combine everything then cook for about three to four minutes.
  • Use a knife or a spoon to remove the pit of the halved avocado.
  • Add in the taco meat at the center of the avocado then add cheese tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and sour cream on top.
  • You can also fill the center with desired toppings then serve.
