Instructions

  • Beat lightly the liver with kitchen mallet until ~1/2 inch thick.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the pan over medium heat, add ghee, add thyme leaves and minced garlic.
  • Cook for ~30 seconds.
  • Add liver on a pan, fry on each side for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove pan from heat, let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
