Instructions

  • Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt in a food processor now add the apple cider vinegar, then slightly beaten egg and water to the blender and mix till it forms a sticky dough ball.
  • Wrap the dough ball in cellophane and squish it for 2-3 minutes and let it rest for twenty minutes.
  • Divide the dough ball into eight equal size balls and use a tortilla press to spread them out.
  • Take a pan and heat it to medium and brush it with some olive oil.
  • Cook tortilla one minute on each side.
  • Use for snacks, lunch or dinner with any filling of your choice.
