Instructions

  • Using a small mixing bowl, crake in the eggs the separate the egg whites and the yolk and add the other into another bowl.
  • Properly whisk the egg whites until there is a formation of stiff peaks and becomes firm.
  • In the bowl containing the egg yolk, add in the coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder then mix everything together to combine.
  • Next, gently add in the melted butter then mix properly until you attain a smooth consistency.
  • Add in the milk and vanilla then mix again to combine.
  • Add the egg whites into the bowl containing the egg yolk mixture then mix to combine.
  • Add the mixture in batches into a waffle maker then cook until it becomes golden in color.
  • Do the same for the rest of the mixture then serve the waffle with desired berries.
