Instructions

  • Slice up ribeye and put in a large glass container to marinate.
  • Add green onion/scallions (just the green portion), medium white onion and garlic cloves to the meat.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and sweetener of choice to the meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well, massage into the meat, cover, and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
  • Once ready to make, remove from the glass container and grill or cook on a stovetop over medium to high heat for 4-6 minutes or until you reach the desired temperature.
  • Top with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
  • Serve with a side of choice. We served with lettuce cups.
