Instructions

  • Bring water to boil into the instant pot, season well with salt.
  • Cook ears under maximal pressure for 30 minutes. Let cool.
  • Meanwhile prepare Korean seasoning, by mixing all spices with minced garlic and apple cider vinegar.
  • Cut cooked pork into long stripes, toss with spices and adjust the taste to your desire with some more salt and vinegar.
  • Consume immediately, of refrigerating up to a week.
