Instructions

  • Zest and juice two lemons
  • Add into small souse pan with butter and stevia
  • Place on the low heat until butter is melted
  • Whisk eggs separately, add them into souse pan
  • Heat up the mixture on a low vigorously whisking until it thickens.
  • Do not let it boil.
  • Remove from the heat, transfer into serving glass (here dragon fruit is used)
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
