Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Roughly dice 2 cups of rutabagas and sauté for 7-8 minutes in avocado oil and add paprika, garlic powder and sea salt. We are using rutabaga instead of potato.
  • In the same skillet, add beef blend and season with paprika, cumin, and garlic powder
  • After 5 minutes, add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Create some pockets in the skillet and add cracked eggs and pepper jack cheese
  • Put skillet into the oven and cook about 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and add jalapenos, herbs, and sliced avocado or anything else you’ like!
