Instructions

  • Bake spaghetti squash for 25 minutes at 360 F.
  • Let cool a bit, take out the flesh with the fork. Place in a heat-proof form.
  • Heat up ghee in a saucepan, add minced garlic, salt pepper and nutmeg.
  • Add cream and crumbled cheese. Still well.
  • Let cook until thickens (~7 minutes).
  • Remove pan from heat, pour over the squash and put under the broiler for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with poultry.
