LOW CARB TURKEY WITH CREAM-CHEESE SAUCE
2 tablespoons of butter
20 oz. of turkey breast
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
7 oz. of cream cheese
Salt and pepper as seasonings to taste
1/3 cup of small capers
1 tablespoon of tamari soy sauce
Preheat the oven to 250F then place a large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat.
Add butter to the pan and let melt. Once the butter is melted and hot, add some seasonings to the turkey and place in the hot pan.
Fry the turkey for a few minutes until it becomes golden brown all through.
Place the cooked turkey in the preheated oven and cook for a few minutes until the turkey becomes properly cooked.
Tent the cooked turkey with aluminum foil and set aside.
Place a small saucepan over medium heat then add in the turkey drippings, heavy cream, and cream cheese then stir properly then boil lightly.
Decrease the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add in salt and pepper as seasonings to taste.
Place another frying pan over high heat and add in the rest of the butter.
Once the butter is hot, add in the capers and sauté until it becomes crispy.
Serve the turkey in clean serving plates with sauce and capers.
