Instructions

  • Heat pan to medium heat - add a touch of oil, and place fillets skin down for 3-5 minutes, then turn over the remaining 1-2 minutes, depending on the thickness of mackerel
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and watercress
  • Finish the fillets with a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt
  • Season and serve
