Instructions

  • Mash or grate the onion on a coarse side of a grater. Chop the parsley and the garlic.
  • Add the ground beef, knead thoroughly.
  • Add salt and spices to taste.
  • Put the beef on a cutting board, form a flat cake, then cut it in 16 pieces like pizza.
  • These 16 pieces will make 16 meatballs, 40 g each.
  • Roll up each piece of beef into a ball, put meatballs in a casserole dish and bake in the oven 200С for 20-25 minutes until nice and brown.
