Ingredients:
1 tbsp., Olive Oil
0.5 Cup, Zucchini (sliced)
4 ounce, Champignons (sliced)
1.50 tbsp, Butter
6 oz, Beef (Ground)
Spices to taste
Needed:
Instructions
Season beef to your taste (salt, pepper, coriander).
Form meatball using your hands.
Heat the butter in a pan. Fry meatballs until cooked (~5 min)
Remove them from the pan.
Cook sliced zucchini and champignons in remaining fat.
Serve meatballs with vegetables, drizzle with olive oil.
