Instructions

  • Season beef to your taste (salt, pepper, coriander).
  • Form meatball using your hands.
  • Heat the butter in a pan. Fry meatballs until cooked (~5 min)
  • Remove them from the pan.
  • Cook sliced zucchini and champignons in remaining fat.
  • Serve meatballs with vegetables, drizzle with olive oil.
