Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a microwave.
  • Whisk eggs and add melted butter, add salt and spices of choice.
  • Cut paprika in half, remove seeds, and pour egg mixture inside.
  • Microwave on "High" for 2 minutes or until cooked.
  • Serve with olives, parsley and cheese.
