Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450
  • In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder and salt
  • In a microwave-safe bowl combine, butter, cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
  • Melt them in a microwave oven for 1 minute at cooking mode.
  • Add melted cheeses to the mixing bowl and knead the dough with your hand
  • Add the egg at the end and knead again until incorporated
  • Roll the dough between to sheets of parchment paper to a 1/8 inch thick circle
  • Transfer to a greased baking sheet pan and spread
  • Cut the edges on to several 4 inches long 1/2 inches height stripes for the ‘mummy bandage’.
  • In the middle of the crust spread pizza sauce and cheese, sprinkle with olive oil
  • Bandage ‘mummy’ with stripes alternating sides.
  • Bake pizza until golden brown and cheese melts.
  • Garnish with pitted black olives (eyes, bugs)
