Mummy Low Carb Pizza
1 cup of almond flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp of pizza sauce
3 oz of mozzarella cheese
1 tsp of salt
Black olives for garnishing
Preheat the oven to 450
In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder and salt
In a microwave-safe bowl combine, butter, cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
Melt them in a microwave oven for 1 minute at cooking mode.
Add melted cheeses to the mixing bowl and knead the dough with your hand
Add the egg at the end and knead again until incorporated
Roll the dough between to sheets of parchment paper to a 1/8 inch thick circle
Transfer to a greased baking sheet pan and spread
Cut the edges on to several 4 inches long 1/2 inches height stripes for the ‘mummy bandage’.
In the middle of the crust spread pizza sauce and cheese, sprinkle with olive oil
Bandage ‘mummy’ with stripes alternating sides.
Bake pizza until golden brown and cheese melts.
Garnish with pitted black olives (eyes, bugs)
