Instructions

  • Heat pan over ghee heat, add ghee.
  • Fry sliced mushrooms, garlic, green onion and tarragon until liquid is evaporated.
  • Add chicken stock, let simmer for 10 minutes, add spices and salt to your taste.
  • Add olive oil, switch of the heat and let set for 5 minutes.
