Pecan-Parmesan-Parsley Crusted Salmon Bowl

Ingredients:
8oz wild salmon
⅓ cup pecans
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp Avocado/olive oil
Mixed greens
1/3 cup mushroom and 1/3 cup peas
1 hard-boiled egg
6 small Cherry tomatoes
1 small avocado
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
In a small food processor, add pecans, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and pulse leaving larger pieces of pecans. Taste and spice further as desired.
Dab salmon down with a paper towel then, drizzle and massage in a little bit of avocado or olive oil followed by the pecan-parmesan-parsley mixture.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 450F or until done.
Plate with a big base of mixed greens, sautéed mushrooms and peas, half hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, and ½ small avocado.
