Instructions

  • In a bowl, add chopped herbs, feta, eggs, sea salt and pepper. Whisk together.
  • In a pan, on medium heat, melt butter and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 30-45 seconds tilting the pan to make sure the runny eggs get cooked well.
  • Top egg with more herbs, cheese or spices as desired.
  • Flip over using a large spatula and cook for a few more seconds until cooked.
  • Serve with bacon, tomatoes and avocado.
