Instructions

  • Prepare the brine by mixing water, vinegar, salt and spices.
  • Let it boil in a pan for 5 minutes.
  • Add washed and halved mushrooms, let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, let cool completely.
  • Refrigerate overnight, add olive oil.
  • It can be stored up to 2 weeks.
