Instructions

  • Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 3-4 minutes (a little less if it is frozen), drain water from it and thoroughly shake it off.
  • Dice the cucumber, chop the cauliflower into 1,5-2 cm pieces, chop the onion and dill.
  • Add mayo and mix well.
