Psyllium Husk and Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
1 tsp of flax seeds
1 1/4 cups of almond flour
5 tbsp of psyllium husk
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
3 egg whites
2 tsp of cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup of boiling water
Needed:
Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix well with hook attachment
Add egg whites and vinegar to the mixture and knead the dough
Bring water to a boil and add to the mixture, knead for 3-5 minutes until the mixture
stops sticking to your hands more or less
Wrap with plastic and chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Roll a pizza crust 1/4 inch thick between 2 parchment paper sheets with a splash of water
Dock the crust with fork and bake in the oven for 25 minutes
Top ready crust with pizza sauce, cheese and any topping of your liking
