Instructions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix well with hook attachment
  • Add egg whites and vinegar to the mixture and knead the dough
  • Bring water to a boil and add to the mixture, knead for 3-5 minutes until the mixture
  • stops sticking to your hands more or less
  • Wrap with plastic and chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Roll a pizza crust 1/4 inch thick between 2 parchment paper sheets with a splash of water
  • Dock the crust with fork and bake in the oven for 25 minutes
  • Top ready crust with pizza sauce, cheese and any topping of your liking
