Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Finely chop garlic and basil
  • Half tomatoes, line tray and season with salt, garlic and olive oil
  • Roast for 5-10minutes
  • Mix tomatoes with ricotta and pumpkins
  • Season and serve
