Instructions

  • Add lemon’s juice, lime’s juice, olive oil and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl, with a pinch of sea salt
  • Add diced salmon, and thoroughly mix through - leave for 5 minutes
  • Add avocado
  • Season and serve immediately
