Instructions

  • Anchovies' filets wash and drain from water.
  • Mix salt with herbs and pepper.
  • Layer filets in a glass container, sprinkle each layer with salt.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, refrigerate overnight.
  • It can be stored up to three days in a fridge.
