Instructions

  • To make the eggs, boil two large eggs in water for 6.5 minutes and immediately put into an icebath. For a firmer yolk, go for 7-8 minutes. Then crack and peel, then slice in half.
  • Grab a bowl and add your eggs once finished cooking. Add some sliced avocado.
  • Add some crumbled fetta cheese
  • Add sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Add walnuts or nuts of choice.
  • Top with whatever seasonings you prefer.
