SEARED TUNA STEAK LUNCH DELIS
6 oz of Ahi tuna steaks
2 Tbsp of Soy sauce
1 Tbsp of Sesame oil
1 tsp of Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper as seasonings to taste
Add salt and pepper to the tuna steak, make sure you season properly then place the tuna in a shallow dish.
Using a small mixing bowl, add in the soy sauce and sesame oil and mix properly to combine.
Pour the mixture into the dish containing the tuna steak, stir to coat, then marinade for about 12 minutes.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and let it heat up.
Once the skillet is hot, add in the marinated tuna steaks and cook for about 3 minutes until it sears beneath.
Flip the tuna over and cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes until it is completely cooked.
Place the cooked tuna steaks on a clean working surface the slices into desired shapes and serve with sesame seeds as garnish.
