Instructions

  • Start with a pan on medium and add some olive oil.
  • Sautee onion and garlic in the pan, then add a can of tomato sauce. Mix well, turn on low-medium.
  • Add some thyme, fresh ground pepper, and some fresh basil. Mix well.
  • Crack 4 large eggs on top of the tomato sauce then wait till the whites set in. You can cover it with a lid to make it go faster.
  • Once it’s almost done, add some fresh burrata cheese and some more fresh basil.
  • Serve up with some low carb toast or eat as is. I added some sliced avocado to the side and some feta
