Ingredients:
1 ounce of Cauliflower
150 ml of Double cream
25 grams of Butter
3 oz of Cheese
Needed:
Instructions
Partly steam cauliflower.
Melt butter over hob, add cream and cheese. If too runny add chia seeds to thicken.
Add almost cooked cauliflower to an ovenproof dish and tip the cheese sauce over the top.
Add more grated cheese to melt over the top.
Bake in the oven on 180 for around 20 mins.
