Instructions

  • Partly steam cauliflower.
  • Melt butter over hob, add cream and cheese. If too runny add chia seeds to thicken.
  • Add almost cooked cauliflower to an ovenproof dish and tip the cheese sauce over the top.
  • Add more grated cheese to melt over the top.
  • Bake in the oven on 180 for around 20 mins.
