Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 360F.
  • Wash and cut of stems from mini-paprika, remove seeds.
  • Prepare filling: mix thither cheese, cream cheese, chopped eggs and chopped shrimp. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Add filing into mini-paprika and bake them for 20 minutes or until soft.
  • Serve with some extra virgin olive oil.
