Ingredients:
2 eggs, Hard Boiled
4 tbsp, Cream cheese
2 ounce, Gauda shredded
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
3 oz, Shrimp
8 ounce, Paprika (mini)
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 360F.
Wash and cut of stems from mini-paprika, remove seeds.
Prepare filling: mix thither cheese, cream cheese, chopped eggs and chopped shrimp. Season well with salt and pepper.
Add filing into mini-paprika and bake them for 20 minutes or until soft.
Serve with some extra virgin olive oil.
