Instructions

  • Rub pork ribs with the generous coat of spices and salt. You can use sugar-free rib spice mix.
  • Bake the ribs at 400F for 1 hour in a covered baking tray/ramekin.
  • Meanwhile, pulse crème fraiche, lime juice, mint, parsley and spices of choice in a food processor.
  • Serve warm ribs with the sauce.
