Heat a small pot, add a touch of oil and saute broccoli for 3 minutes, add ginger, chilli and garlic
Add vegetable stock and bring to the boil, gently simmer for 10 minutes. Taste every couple of minutes and when you are happy with heat, remove the chilli
Take soup from heat, and cool slightly, add heavy cream
Blend mix in blender until you are happy with the consistency - utilising additional vegetable stock if you wish to have a more liquid consistency
