Instructions

  • Toss raw shrimp with olive oil, fennel seeds, paprika, salt and garlic.
  • Massage spices well and let sit for a few minutes.
  • Heat pan on medium heat. Spray with oil and cook shrimp 1 minute on each side.
  • On a large plate add greens, avocado, cucumbers and pecan halves.
  • Optional: Add a soft-boiled egg. To make the soft boil egg, boil it for 6 ½ minutes for a jammy egg or 7-8 for firmer yolk.
  • Top with red chili flakes and sesame seeds. Then enjoy!
