Ingredients:
3 large Eggs (hard boiled)
0.5 Carrot (raw)
3 ounce, Gauda cheese
3 tbsp., Mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic
Chilli powder
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Place all ingredients i a food processor or small kitchen chopper.
Process until smooth, season well with salt and pepper, add chili powder.
Enjoy on top of sliced radishes or cucumber.
Can be stored in a fridge up to a week.
