Preheat a cast iron skillet to a high and add olive oil.
Season the steak with sea salt flakes add 1 Tbsp of butter to the pan and sear it well for 3 minutes from each side. Pull the meat off the pan and set aside in a warm place to rest.
In a medium size pan melt the butter at medium heat, add riced cauliflower and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, season with salt, garlic and curry, add cream and parmesan, mix well and transfer to serving a plate.
Add steak to the serving plate, season with salt flakes, pepper and a piece of butter on the top. Garnish cauliflower with jalapeño and scallions.
