Ingredients:
4 ounce, Rainbow Trout
1 cup, chopped, Kale
1 tbsp(s), Ghee
3 tbs, Pesto Sauce
3 cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat ghee in a frying pan, add kale, salt and pepper, cook until tender over medium heat.
Add trout fry on each side for 4 minutes.
Serve with pesto and slices cherry tomatoes.
