Instructions

  • Thinly slice cucumber, bell peppers and red onions.
  • In a small bowl mix mustard, vinegar, salt, olive oil and oil from tuna to a smooth consistency for the dressing.
  • In a mixing bowl tear Romain with hands, add shaved vegetables, crushed tuna, add dressing and toss well.
  • Garnish with eggs cut in for and capers.
