Tzatziki and celery sticks

Ingredients:
⅓ cup (90ml) Yoghurt (Plain Greek)
1 Tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. (60g) Cucumber, grated and strained of excess water
½ Garlic clove, finely diced
⅙ oz. (5g) Mint, finely chopped
½ lemon, juice and zest
Thyme to season
Oregano to season
Sea salt to season
3 oz. (90g) Celery, chopped into sticks
Needed:
Grater
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Grate cucumber and lightly season with salt - drain excess moisture on the paper towel
Add yogurt, garlic, mint, lemon zest and cucumber into the mixing bowl, and combine
Serve celery sticks with tzatziki in the bowl, garnish with olive oil, oregano and thyme
