Instructions

  • Grate cucumber and lightly season with salt - drain excess moisture on the paper towel
  • Add yogurt, garlic, mint, lemon zest and cucumber into the mixing bowl, and combine
  • Serve celery sticks with tzatziki in the bowl, garnish with olive oil, oregano and thyme
