Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a frying pan, add whisked eggs.
  • Stir and cook them until no liquid eggs are left, ensure no crusts are formed and eggs resemble custard.
  • Transfer egg mixture into a bowl and mix them using emerging blender on high.
  • They will change consistency immediately and will look like mashed potatoes.
  • Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
